Complaints and feedback
We welcome feedback and take all complaints seriously.
To make a complaint, email support@lotusweightloss.co.uk and include Complaint in the subject line.
Please explain what happened, provide any relevant order details and tell us what you would like us to consider. We aim to respond to complaints in writing within seven working days.

Lotus Weight Loss Clinic does not provide an emergency or urgent-care service.
- Call 999 where someone is seriously ill, injured or their life may be at risk.
- Call NHS 111 if you require urgent medical advice but the situation is not life-threatening.
- Contact your NHS GP, an urgent treatment centre or your nearest accident and emergency department where appropriate.
Do not wait for a response from Lotus if you believe you require urgent medical attention.
