Lotus Loyalty is available to eligible customers with a registered account. You currently earn 5 loyalty points for every £1 spent on eligible purchases, with every 100 points worth £1 in Lotus credit. Points are personal to you, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and additional rewards may be available through birthdays, milestone purchases, selected engagement activities and seasonal promotions.
