Who can enter? The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who received our survey email. Employees of Lotus, their immediate families and anyone else involved in running the draw cannot enter.
How to enter. Complete the survey by 23:59 on 13 November 2026. Entry is free, and you don’t need to buy anything. Only one entry per person counts.
Your answers. Everyone who completes the survey has the same chance of winning. What you say in the survey, positive or negative, makes no difference.
The prize. One winner will receive £250 of Amazon.co.uk gift cards. There is no cash alternative. If the prize becomes unavailable, we may offer a prize of equal or higher value.
Choosing the winner. The winner will be chosen at random using software on 16 November, from all valid entries.
Contacting the winner. We’ll email the winner using the email address linked to their Lotus account. If they don’t reply within 7 days, we’ll choose another winner at random in the same way.
Announcing the winner. On request, we’ll share the winner’s first name and county. If the winner would rather this wasn’t shared, they can tell us.
Your data. We’ll only use your details to run the draw and contact the winner, in line with our privacy policy.
